2. Products
We sell handmade wax melts and related home fragrance products.
Because our products are handmade, small differences in colour, shape, finish, decoration or appearance may occur. These variations do not affect the quality or intended use of the product.
We make every effort to describe our products, scent notes, colours, sizes and product details as accurately as possible. However, scent perception is personal and may vary from person to person.
3. Prices and Availability
All prices are shown in euros (€).
Product prices, descriptions and availability may change at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue or temporarily remove products from the store.
If a product becomes unavailable after your order has been placed, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer a suitable solution, such as a replacement, partial refund or cancellation.
4. Orders and Payments
Orders can be placed through our online store using the checkout process.
Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods available at checkout. By placing an order, you confirm that the payment details provided are accurate and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.
An order is considered confirmed once payment has been successfully completed and you receive an order confirmation.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if there is a payment issue, suspected fraud, incorrect information, product unavailability or another valid reason.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We currently ship to:
Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany and France.
Available shipping options and delivery costs are shown at checkout.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, shipping provider, public holidays, seasonal delays or circumstances outside our control.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information where available.
Please make sure your delivery address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
6. Uncollected Parcels
If a parcel is delivered to a pickup point or parcel shop and is not collected within the carrier’s collection period, it may be returned to us.
If an uncollected parcel is returned to us, the customer may be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.
If the customer chooses not to have the parcel resent, we may refund the product price after receiving the returned parcel. Shipping costs that cannot be recovered may be deducted from the refund where permitted by law.
7. Returns and Right of Withdrawal
Consumers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the order.
To exercise your right of withdrawal or return an item, you must inform us by email before sending the product back.

Returned products must be unused, unmelted, undamaged and in their original condition. Products that have been used, melted, damaged or handled beyond what is necessary to inspect them may not be eligible for a full refund.

9. Product Use and Safety
Our products must be used only as intended and according to the safety instructions provided with the order and/or on the product packaging.
Wax melts are not food products and must not be consumed. Keep products away from children and pets. Never leave a wax burner unattended while in use.
YOU CAN CANDLE IT is not responsible for damage, injury or loss resulting from misuse, failure to follow safety instructions, or use of the product in a way that is not recommended.
10. Vouchers
We may offer digital vouchers ranging from €20 to €200.
Digital vouchers are delivered by email and can be redeemed using the unique code provided. They may be printed, but the code is required for use.
Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Voucher balances can be used on products available in the store and may be subject to expiration dates where stated.
YOU CAN CANDLE IT is not responsible for lost, stolen or misused voucher codes.
